In 1946, Rockett, Inc. was asked to build 100 Kiln cars for Regional Brick Manufacturer in Indianola, Ms. this was soon followed by a request for kiln cars for a plant in Baton Rouge, La. establishing a record of production, accuracy, and close tolerances that fostered  relationships with  kiln designers and brick plant operators that continue  today. When the need for a more durable wheel developed on the early 1960’s, Rockett introduced the forged steel wheel still in use. Today, 60 plus years later, Rockett, Inc is internationally known as a leading manufacturer of kiln cars for the Brick, Ceramic, and Concrete Pipe Industries
