- ENGINEERING: Over 15 years experience prototyping and producing close tolerance products. Full CAD/CAM and MRP systems insure precision, efficiency, and quality.
- PROCESS CONTROL: A sophisticated MRP system that helps us manage inventory, scheduling, and production control to promote value and prompt turnaround to our customers.
- PUNCHING: 2 Amada CNC turret punch presses with 33 & 50 ton hydraulic capacity that can handle 60”x78” sheets without repositioning.
- LASER: 4000watt Amada Gemini Laser with dual 60”x120” shuttle tables.
- STAMPING: 10 presses range from 20 to 300 ton including a high speed automatic press and coil feeders.
- FORMING: 2 RAS Folding Machines with up to .250in.x120in. Capacity for consistent accuracy, and an Accupress 135 ton Break Press.
- MACHINING: CNC Machine Shop with a variety of equipment to consistently process precision work.
- WELDING: We offer a full range of welding processes including SMAW, MIG, TIG, as well as spot and stud welding machines.
- PAINT/PLATING: Nordson Powder Paint System with 5 stage chemical washer and conveyor for handling parts up to 48”x72”x96” in size.
- FINAL ASSEMBLY/SHIPPING: Paint millage inspection (See Quality Page), hardware applications, and packaging with a variety of local to worldwide shipping options.
